Overview
Optimizer is an AI-powered system designed to streamline delivery schedule management by automating complex
delivery plans, helping companies across various industries significantly reduce operational costs.
Optimizer uses accurate time calculations based on big data analysis to ease the workload of dispatchers and
improve delivery efficiency. Delivery driver can also view schedules and update order statuses through a
mobile app

Context
In logistics systems, dispatchers often manage heavy workloads. Uncoordinated and overlapping data can lead to time-consuming processes and reduced accuracy. These challenges directly impact delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Define Problems

- Low performance due to suboptimal planning.
- The process of scheduling deliveries is complex.
- It takes a lot of time and effort to adjust the schedule.
- Time calculations are inaccurate.
Goals
- Use AI to optimize scheduling, calculate delivery times accurately, and improve performance.
- Create a centralized information management system that is easy to access and monitor, reducing the workload of coordinators.

We sketched out a few key screens to better visualize the functions.

Create Reservation FLow
After the sales staff creates an order, the system will calculate and suggest the most optimal delivery times and drivers to send to the coordinator.
Assign Delivery Time
With new reservations, the coordinator will choose a delivery time from the options calculated and
returned by the API.
Based on the delivery schedule overview, the coordinator can select the appropriate delivery time and
assign driver.
Change Delivery Time
After an reservation is assigned, it will be pending approval from the delivery company.
Before it is approved, the coordinator can still make changes to the delivery time and driver.
Reservation Tracking
Real-time delivery routes give coordinators immediate and detailed data, helping them make more accurate decisions and enhance logistics strategies and processes.
